Little Bitty JuicyJuice

I realized this week that we've been so busy with the girls and getting into our routine that I've not been taking pictures the way I usually do!! Since I don't want JuicyJuice to think that I don't love her as much as I love RooBear (because she has VOLUMES of pictures, LOL) I woke up this morning and snapped a few of our little baby. I figured she should have a couple to prove that she was born with blue eyes because it won't be long before those beautiful brown Dixon eyes will start shining through. I have 2 sweet babies and I fall in love with this little family more every day.

Happy Father's Day to the one we love the mostest!!

It's become a tradition since RooBear was 4 months old to write on Mr Dixon's truck for Father's Day. He says that it makes him look like a goober and people honk and give him cheesy smiles when he rides around with it but I know he secretly loves everyone knowing how proud his family is of him. It takes a lot to give your family all you have and my husband does it every day.

I Love These Babies!!

So I finally got around to posting newborn pictures of JuicyJuice and her big sister RooBear. I hope you enjoy them- these girls take my breath away.

Beautiful Babies!!

People have been asking who Jessie looks like so I thought I would put this together so you can see for yourself.

Our Jessie has been growing by leaps and bounds. Dr. Stewart says that she's perfect and you can't tell she ever had any problems. Rylee loves her and she's always hugging and kissing on her. I love this little family with all my heart. God has truely blessed us with these beautiful girls.

Back to business as usual...

Well, it's back  to business as usual... chasing a 2-year old and learning how to do everything one handed again. My husband and I had forgotten all about our newborn days with Roo but we're getting with it!!

Thank you to everyone who brought us dinners- it was very much appreciated!!

Here are a few pictures of our new addition. We had a check-up with Dr. Dan yesterday and he said she was perfect!! Thank you all for you thoughts and prayers... Y'all will never know how much they meant to me. We're so happy to have our new baby home.

A hard hard week for the Dixons

Our JuicyJuice was born  Monday, May 3 at 7:25 am.  She weighed in at a whopping 7lbs and 4.4oz with a head full of dark hair and the chunkiest cheeks you've ever seen.  Shortly after she was born she was taken to the NICU at HMC because she was having difficulty breathing. She developed a pneumothorax (a small hole in her lung that lets air leak into her chest and causes pressure) on the right side and we had to stay at the hospital for a week while her doctor tried to wash it out with oxygen.  I don't think your ever ready to see your little one hooked up to all the IVs and monitor leads and a tube down her throat.  It was a hard week but our youngest daughter came home Monday morning.  She's just as perfect and beautiful as her older sister and she truly completes this family.  We love you, JuicyJuice!!
